Ellie focuses on building and maintaining relationships with senior executives and board members across Summit Partners’ network. She works closely with investment and portfolio company teams to connect them with relevant talent and sector expertise, supporting executive recruitment, leadership development and broader growth initiatives.
Prior to Summit, Ellie worked at L Catterton, where she was responsible for talent management and network development across the global portfolio. Her role spanned executive search, network activation, compensation benchmarking, leadership diligence and leveraging data and insights to support the talent team's efforts. Previously, Ellie worked at True Search, where she focused on recruiting commercial executives for high-growth B2B companies.
Ellie holds a BA in psychological science, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.
