As Director of AI, Nicklas works to advance the effective adoption of AI across Summit's global portfolio. In this role, Nicklas partners with management teams to identify and deploy AI-driven solutions that accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency and drive competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Summit, Nicklas was a Principal Product Manager at Amazon, where he led the product team behind the personalization and memory capabilities that power Alexa+, Amazon’s LLM-based personal AI assistant. He also led product for the proactive AI agent systems that anticipate needs and act on behalf of customers — reaching millions of users globally — and, within Amazon’s Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization, for teaching LLMs via supervised fine-tuning and in-context learning to interact with the real world through tools and APIs. Previously, Nicklas was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he led strategy and AI engagements for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies, shipping machine learning products from concept to production across pricing, promotion, and store-network optimization.
Nicklas holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as an MSc in advanced economics and finance (cand.oecon.) and a BSc in international business from Copenhagen Business School.
