Matt Bailey

As a member of the Peak Performance Group, Matt works with portfolio company engineering leaders to help advance the effective adoption of AI in software development, including tool selection, rollout, workflow design and measurement. He also advises on cloud architecture, application security and design choices.

Prior to Summit, Matt worked at Axon, a public safety technology company, where he was an early proponent of AI-assisted coding and served as the technical lead for the platforms behind the company’s 911 dispatch system and Fusus, a situational awareness product. Previously, he led engineering teams at Tableau.

Matt holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
