Katie leads Summit’s internal talent strategy: attracting, retaining and maximizing the impact of talent at Summit.
Prior to Summit, Katie worked on the Talent team at OpenView Venture Partners, where she led hiring, employee development and performance review initiatives, while also supporting the investment team pipeline. Previously, she worked for Park Square Executive Search, specializing in executive retained search for C-suite level talent within the technology and life sciences industries.
Katie holds a BA in political science from Colgate University.
