Thomas Tarnowski and Jono Pagden Named Top Healthcare Investors of 2026

Summit Partners today announced that Thomas Tarnowski and Jono Pagden have been named to GrowthCap's 2026 list of Top Healthcare Investors. Honorees were selected based on investment history, leadership and the tangible impact they have had on the companies and teams they work with.

Thomas Tarnowski is a Managing Director on the Summit Partners Healthcare & Life Sciences team. Since joining the firm’s London office in 2013, Thomas has led investments in 12 companies and played a central role in building and expanding the firm’s healthcare practice in Europe. His board and investment experience includes Advance Medical (acquired by Teladoc), CluePoints (recapitalized with EQT), DentalPro (acquired by BC Partners), Deine Urologie, DERMANOVIS, Dreampath Diagnostics, Independent Vetcare (acquired by EQT), RadioOnkologieNetzwerk (acquired by Medipass), Viroclinics Biosciences (acquired by Cerba Healthcare) and zahneins (acquired by PAI Partners).

Jono Pagden is a Partner on the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences team. Since joining Summit Partners in 2016, Jono has led or played a key role in six healthcare investments, with a focus on healthcare services, diagnostics and life sciences tools, and healthcare technology companies. Jono’s investment and board experience includes Advance Medical (acquired by Teladoc), CluePoints (recapitalized by EQT), Deine Urologie, DERMANOVIS, Dreampath Diagnostics and zahneins (acquired by PAI Partners).
