Sophia Popova and Irina Müller Named to GrowthCap's Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing of 2026

Summit Partners today announced that Sophia Popova and Irina Müller have been named to GrowthCap's 2026 list of "Top Women Leaders in Growth Investing." This award, as determined by GrowthCap, recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves through a combination of professional accomplishments, leadership, industry impact and contributions to their firms and the broader investment community.  

Sophia Popova is a Partner on Summit Partners' Technology team, where she focuses on growth investments in leading software platforms across content, commerce and data — sectors being reshaped by AI and automation. Since joining Summit in 2017, Sophia has played a meaningful role in nine Summit investments representing nearly $2.0 billion in invested capital. Her board and investment experience includes Invicti Security, Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO), Later, Manychat, StackAdapt, Vensure Employer Services, Sifted and Ylopo.

Irina Müller is a Principal on Summit Partners' Technology team in Europe. She works to invest in and partner with profitable companies across the technology sector with an emphasis on financial technology and B2B operations technology. Since joining Summit in 2019, she has been actively involved in several of the firm's European technology investments, including Appway (acquired by FNZ), ProGlove (acquired by Nordic Capital), Quorso, Solactive and TradingHub (majority recapitalization by Nordic Capital).
