The strategic growth investment, which includes both primary funding and a secondary employee tender offer, led by Summit Partners with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo, Docusign, and others, will support Socure’s global expansion and the integration of Fravity’s first-party agent building capabilities natively into Socure’s RiskOS platform.

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — Aug. 27, 2026 — Socure, a leading trust infrastructure for global identity and risk intelligence, today announced a strategic growth investment that values the company at $5.2 billion, alongside the acquisition of Fravity, an agentic platform that automates fraud, risk, and compliance operations. The investment was led by Summit Partners with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo, Docusign, and others, and includes both primary capital and an existing employee secondary tender offer.

Together, the investment and acquisition reflect Socure’s expanding role as a trust infrastructure leader for the global economy in which AI has changed both the scale of fraud and money laundering and the systems used to stop them. Socure closed Q2 2026 with $364 million in total ARR, 63% year-over-year ARR growth, 133% net dollar retention, and 0.01% logo churn across more than 3,000 customers. International volume has grown from near zero to a double-digit share of Socure’s network in the past two years.

“We see identity as the first perimeter for trust in an AI-driven economy across nearly every use case, and we believe the platforms that can verify identity accurately, continuously, and at global scale, will define the next decade of risk infrastructure,” said Andy Collins, a Managing Director at Summit Partners. “Socure has built that capability with rigor — an AI-native architecture, a deep data advantage and documented outcomes for large enterprise and government customers.”

“What stands out to us about Socure is the combination of durable growth and disciplined execution at this scale,” said Matt Hamilton, a Managing Director at Summit Partners. “We have followed this market closely for years, and we believe Socure is well positioned to bring identity, fraud and compliance workflows onto a single platform. We are pleased to support CEO Johnny Ayers and the team in this next phase of growth.”

The acquisition of Fravity adds a native first-party agent development platform and agentic operations layer to RiskOS®, Socure’s orchestration and decisioning platform that serves more than 3,000 customers. The two companies already share many enterprise customers running both platforms together in production, and the founding teams across Socure, Effectiv (rebranded as RiskOS), and Fravity have worked together across multiple companies for more than a decade. Fravity’s capabilities will be delivered through the RiskOS platform as RiskOS_Agents.

According to intelligence platform Liminal, U.S. organizations spend $100 billion a year on fraud, compliance, and risk operations through internal and outsourced staffing. Most of this work is still done manually. Liminal further reports that 53% of banks spend at least an hour reviewing each alert, and 37% manually review more than 40% of their alerts. With AI-driven fraud attacks up 8,000% in the past year, alert volumes are climbing faster than teams can staff against them. Across its existing deployments, Fravity has reduced cost per case by 80%, accelerated case resolution by up to 5x, and cut false positives by as much as 70%.

Socure RiskOS sits at the center of the fraud, identity, authentication, and compliance decisions that it processes and is built on a decade of proprietary data from Socure’s Identity Graph. RiskOS_Agents are wired directly into Socure’s proprietary datasets, purpose-built models, and downstream decision outcomes, an approach designed to maximize accuracy. Unlike an agent that reads a case file from a third-party vendor, RiskOS_Agents learn from the roughly 10 billion decisions a year and the millions of resolved cases across the Socure network – a closed feedback loop that standalone agent vendors cannot easily replicate.

“Stopping financial crime in the age of AI is getting harder every day, and there is no version of this where institutions hire their way out of it,” said Johnny Ayers, Co-Founder and CEO of Socure. “The solution will come from the infrastructure with the platform, proprietary data, first-party agents, and vertical domain expertise. Fravity, now as RiskOS_Agents, gives us the agent building and ontology layer, wired into the nucleus of RiskOS, on top of our proprietary data and models providing the complete loop to maximize customer decisioning accuracy. We are grateful for the support of Summit Partners and our other investors as we deliver on our vision for the future.”
