Paul Furer, Sophia Popova and Nick Oppedisano Named to GrowthCap’s 2025 Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors List

Summit Partners is proud to announce that Paul Furer, Sophia Popova and Nick Oppedisano have been named to GrowthCap's 2025 list of “Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors.” This year’s honorees were recognized for their ability to navigate complexity, partner closely with management teams and help drive long-term growth across their portfolios.

Paul Furer is a Partner on Summit’s Growth Products & Services Team, where he focuses on growth in investments in the business services, financial services and industrial technology sectors. Since joining Summit in 2011, Paul has played an active role in 12 Summit investments. He works closely with management teams to help design and execute growth strategies that leverage both organic and acquisition initiatives to support expansion and build durable market leadership.

Sophia Popova is a Partner on Summit’s Technology Team where she focuses on growth investments in enterprise software companies. Since joining Summit in 2017, Sophia has played an active role in nine Summit investments. Her areas of emphasis sit at the intersection of content, commerce, and data—markets where automation and community are helping reshape how businesses grow.

Nick Oppedisano is a Partner on Summit’s Technology team, where he focuses on growth investments in category-leading software and technology businesses, with a particular emphasis on vertical-market SaaS platforms designed to deliver efficiency, data intelligence and automation to industries undergoing digital transformation. Since joining Summit in 2019, Nick has led or played an active role in nine investments.
