Irina Müller, a Principal on Summit Partners Technology team in Europe, has been named to Private Equity News’ 2026 “Rising Stars of Private Equity" list. Irina works to invest in and partner with profitable companies across the technology sector with an emphasis on financial technology and B2B operations technology.
Since joining Summit Partners in 2019, Irina has been actively involved in several of the firm's European technology investments, including Appway (acquired by FNZ), ProGlove (acquired by Nordic Capital), Quorso, Solactive and TradingHub (majority recapitalization by Nordic Capital).
The "Rising Stars of Private Equity 2026" list from Private Equity News recognizes 25 professionals under the age of 40 based in Europe who have distinguished themselves through a combination of professional achievements, career landmarks, technical expertise and skills. Candidates were evaluated on their career progression and accomplishments relative to their age and tenure, including factors such as leadership on transactions, deal sourcing, portfolio company involvement and broader contributions to their firms and the private equity industry. Each nominee had to be based in Europe and under the age of 40 as of July 31, 2026.
