StackAdapt was founded in 2014 with a vision to make programmatic advertising more accessible, intelligent and effective. Drawing on first-hand expertise in digital media and engineering, the founders worked to build a next-generation, self-serve platform that leverages data, automation and machine learning to help give marketers more control and transparency. By 2022, StackAdapt was growing profitably and rapidly, with a global customer base and an ambitious roadmap spanning connected TV, mobile and audio. To help further scale international operations and continue product innovation, the founders sought a long-term growth partner with deep experience supporting leading software businesses.
