Bill is a member of Summit’s Peak Performance Group and works with management teams to identify and execute growth strategies that build long-term value. He has partnered with numerous portfolio companies on critical growth acceleration initiatives. Representative engagements include:
- Customer retention strategy, involving predictive analytics and the development of a new customer success team for a healthcare technology company
- Pricing and profitability analysis for an education technology business
- Sales and growth strategy, including the development of a new sales team, for a healthcare services company
- Marketing and sales strategy for an education technology business
Prior to Summit, Bill was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Atlanta where he served clients across a variety of sectors and focused on sales, marketing, and growth strategy engagements. Bill holds a BS in commerce from the University of Virginia.
