Michael A. Medici joined Summit Partners in 2005. Prior to Summit, he worked for Prudential Capital Group.
Based in Summit’s Boston office, Michael is active in the firm’s investment activities in North America and Europe, and focuses primarily on the technology and healthcare & life sciences sectors. His board directorships and investments include Acacia Communications, Accedian Networks, Anesthetix Holdings (acquired by TeamHealth), ApoCell, Diagnostic Hybrids (acquired by Quidel Corporation), Fermentas International (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), Hiperos, Logi Analytics, PeerApp, Telerik and Zenoss.
Michael received a BS in finance and international business from Georgetown University.
