Caitlin H. Donovan is based in Summit’s Boston office and works with management teams to identify and execute growth strategies that build long-term value.

Prior to Summit, Caitlin worked at Sankaty Advisors, where she was responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and identifying operational and financial strategies for investments. Caitlin holds a AB in economics from Harvard University.

Caitlin volunteers with Minds Matter, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by broadening their dreams and preparing them for college success.
