Adam D. Britt joined Summit Partners in 2010. Prior to Summit, Adam worked for Guggenheim Investment Management as a member of the leveraged credit internal legal team.
Based in Summit’s Boston office, Adam is active in the firm’s credit investment activities. His investments include Covenant Surgical Partners, Crosman Corporation, CrossFit, DS Waters of America, Full House Resorts, Golden Gaming, Newtek Business Services, Professional Case Management, Round Table Pizza and United Sporting Companies.
Adam received a BBA in finance from The College of William & Mary and a JD, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law.
