The company completed its initial public offering in 2005 (NASDAQ: SEAB, later listed as NYSE: SBX)). On February 1, 2006, the company announced a secondary public offering. SeaBright was acquired by Enstar Group Limited (NASDAQ: ENGR) in 2013.
