- With Summit financing and guidance, American Dental Partners, Inc., was able to execute on its affiliation model growth strategy, acquiring selected assets in large group dental practices in exchange for taking on administrative and business aspects.
- Summit financed the spinoff of Lincare Holdings, Inc., from its corporate parent and its growth-through-acquisition strategy in the home healthcare market. In addition, Summit worked with Lincare’s management team to prepare for its $50 million IPO.
- In addition to assisting Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc., in building its management team, Summit also provided advice on numerous acquisitions and other strategic issues—including the firm’s successful IPO in 1995 and a follow-on public offering in 1996.
- Summit helped grow Aurora Diagnostics, LLC, from the ground up, building a strong management team of seasoned professionals. During its first year, the company made eight acquisitions, expanding across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina and New England.
